Natural "Live" yogurt is the best, and goat yogurt is even better, I never use the fat free for the girls. Always useful after or with antibiotics and can be helpful with upset tummies in general.

I give goats yoghurt weekly for my lot they love it ....
 
Unsweetened plain yoghurt is a great addition for their food :) Probiotic yoghurt means that there are the live "good" bacteria in there, which are beneficial for the gut - especially if the levels of good bacteria need boosting after recovery from antibiotics, etc.
Kefir is a fermented yoghurt, which has some extra benefits with supporting their gut environment.

Yoghurt is nice to add to lickie mats or kongs too :)
