The weather where you are .

Its been very dry but not too hot . There is rain expected this week thank goodness.

Yesterday we had a heavy down pour. Every little helps :D

I was out in the car earlier and the outside temperature showed 11⁰. It's Baltic!

Still cold in the frozen wastes of the North 🥶

I've been in Dartmoor, near Princetown, today... the mist came down and it was very easy to imagine escaped convicts and the Hound of the Baskervilles looming out of the mist....

I've had my winter coat back out recently, windy, rainy and cold:confused:. Sometimes one at a time, sometimes all three together! We had a thick sea mist last weekend too, when it was supposed 26degrees, I was so disappointed...

Rain & intermittent sun here, bit annoying as I need to strim the path down to the hens as it's fast turning into a jungle:eek:

Hoping for nice days tomorrow & Sunday, as we're off to a plant fair (Sat) & a fun dog show (Sun)!

A warmer day today though still windy.

Lots of snails about . I hate it when I tread on them :(

I try not to run over any, but when so many come out it's impossible, my neighbours must think I'm nuts as I'm constantly saying 'Sorry Brian' to each snail I squash (I've always called snails Brian, after the magic roundabout).

Cold today, and we have warnings for a thunderstorm, no sign of it yet, don't mind if it rains, but no storm please!

We got a thunderstorm at around 6 yesterday, I was out walking a client!

:D My neighbours think I'm nuts cos I talk to the feral pigeons.
We had a downpour yesterday but not thunderstorms thank goodness.

I talk to butterflies, beetles, bees, wasps, bugs, spiders..... I don't know what my neighbours made of that but they've just emigrated to Australia

🤣 I'm glad it's not just me.

I also talk to birds, hedgehogs, spiders, etc. I tend to swear in Spanish as well ‘cos it doesn’t cause offence although some months ago in our local Waitrose a lady who was ‘dithering’ infront of me turned and said, “Me voy enseguida, lo siento”. That’ll learn me.

@RGC What are the odds of that!

The burning question is do the animals reply to you and you then have conversations. Asking for a friend :D

Ummmm...... Apart from the annoying bees which turn their bums towards me every time I try to take a photo. I mean that's just rude!

Mind you, I still have conversations with Jasper even though he passed 3 years ago, and he certainly still answers back. Mostly along the lines of 'Mummy, have you still not got Daddy properly trained?'🤣
