Dont know if i have put this in the right bit.

Im looking for information on urban hunting. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Could it be setting dogs on low life's and druggies (w00t) :- "

Not much sport though they're on every street corner and wont run unless they've got a dvd player out of someones house under they're arm :p

Dont use a whippet though, use a German shepherd or a rottie

When we lived in Manchester, the only urban hunting to be had was a bit of ratting , we used to ferret rats round the back of a crisp factory , there were scores of holes near where all the rotten spuds were put into skips. Used to have some sport with the terriers

there. Also used to see a lot of foxes about, there was a large earth on a railway embankment 2mins from where we lived, don`t know if that`s what you meant by urban hunting. The alternative is what Lakey suggested , maybe course a few druggies and smack heads (w00t)

:D what a thought coursing smackheads through the streets. It could be a new sport. Id use a bull x though :D

I had heard whispers of people lamping for foxes and rabbits in towns. I would like to know more.

Hi I really don't want to be unfriendly, just be aware that we don't know who people are and there are a lot of antis around asking questions. I don't want to offend anyone, but have become rather aware of this issue.

No offence taken. I understand where you are coming from. I used to lamp when i lived in the country but now i live in the middle of a town. Its hard going when your used to green fields.

I am just seeking information as i dont know much about it.

Thanks

I would like to know more as well, I think maybe someones been pulling your chain. In towns most people get foxes by using a car rather than a dog.

Thanks everyone. I got some information which is a big help.
