Shelbys the houes clown and music lover of you try and tell him off the louder you shoy the faster he wags his tail and grinns at you a proper cheese grinn showing all his teath he will saty just out of reach if you try and get his coller but all the time hes taking the micky  . he allso loves to sing if you sing to him he joins in with a proper hOWWWWWWWWWWWWWl wagging away and he will sit for aged with mtv on allthough as hes getteing on a bit he might be ready to wack over to radio 4 :D

Milo is a gay boy hes a lady biy he spends his day washing all ther others ears and eyes he mothers them and sleeps with any hat are felling a bit down he mother Indy to bits when she was tiny and loved every minet of it he dosnt like to go off lead as he gets scared and panicks outside and he doesnt like non pointys looking ay him and he hides behined me hes very pritty and is the julian cleary of the greyhound world.

thats my bits and all 3 were open class in there day earned lots of mony for the old owners and yet veru difernt

now the girls fisrt theres minnie who was a very timmed girle when we firts got her and wet herslfe when her old mail owner held her lead at the time she was only 18 months old. she now 6 and is the lady of the houes very prim and proper and is probably the one incharge of the other greyhounds now taking over from pasq who was her aunty

ok nearly done next theres Cally we got her as she was classed as a fighter shes another pf pasq nices and minnes cousin and so difernt than them both shes 3 1/2 now and so silly and giddy she would be a blond bimbo if she was a person she loves evryone and everything and has to show then weather they want to know or not shes Indy the pup whippets partent in crime for stealing and getting inro trouble but Indy allways seams to set cally up shes not he brightes girl. shes not a nasty bone in her body and the fighting was wanting to play with the other dogs she was only 14 months then she a giant pup and allways will be

And the stranges one of all in caracter was our pasq shes no longer with usand was the ugliest greyhound I have ever seen but she was somthing else we got her agd 5 and she had never been in a houes and within houres she took it all in her stide an wasnt bother about anything that was pasq all over she did everything in her own time at ger own pace she never had a lead on away from road cos she didnt run off infacet we would loes her cos she would have just stood still somewere and we would have to go fined her as she would still be standing there the only time she brock out in to a s;ight trott was for food she loved food and even when we got her she had a fat bum arrarantly she allways had a fat bum and would walk rom her kennal through a feald woth rabbets in into the van race win and come back and other than at he track cos it was the rules she never had a lead on. she kepd all my ohers in line in her own quiet but strong way.

So you see my lot have very differnt personalitys all loveing yet all very differnt that why we have so many as theres never 2 alike even if here related

Fantastic pictures!

Here's a little bit about my two boys. Tiny first:

Tiny is now 22 months old, I've had him since he was 8 months, he came over from Ireland. He's also known as Devil Dog! But he is calming down now. He is a real mummies boy, he holds my hand and follows me everywhere and sleeps in my bed at night. He loves most people (I've only found one he doesn't like but I don't like her either!) and all pointies, but he has taken a violent dislike to non pointies! He's a bit of a wuss as well, he screams for the smallest reason - a leaf blowing in the wind, Max looking at him funny etc!

He is such a lovely boy and cuddles all the time, he loves food, especially if it belongs to me! His favourite food is apples at the moment (he only gets the teeniest bit though). He loves singing and dancing around, and likes to hoard stuff, so if you've lost your socks or shoes, find Tiny, although the shoes tend to get eaten!

Recently one of my cats was diagnosed with a brain tumour and he has taken on her care, he comes and tells me if she is having a seizure or absence and styas with her until she is better, which I think is pretty amazing (w00t)

And then there is Max! He is totally different. He is 5 and a half, and an ex racer. He has had quite a traumatic past, when he finished racing he was adopted out and his owner (not his racing people, he enjoyed racing) badly abused him, he was beaten and burned with cigarettes. But there is a happy ending!! He was rescued and now he is the most chilled out dog you could ever hope to meet. He is so laid back he is horizontal! At first he had bad nightmares, but he is better now. He has learnt how to play (sort of), he loves catching soft toys, but won't have anything to do with a ball or something like that.

Max spends his days eating and sleeping on his back waving his legs in the air. He loves practically everyone and everything - especially shoes! He's a devil for eating shoes - I think he learnt that from Tiny  Max is a quiet boy, he loves cuddles but doesn't demand them.

He loves racing Tiny in the fields.

Fascinating insights into your greys. They each sound a character unto themselves, all with their own traits and quirks. You wouldn't think it with greys would you, if you knew very little about them?

Don't think I could live with a Boris, unless I wanted to wear my wet weather gear in the house (w00t) . The description of Milo made me chuckle. :p I don't think Pasque was ugly at all. o:)

Tiny and Max sound lovely too. Max is more my kind of guy...chilled out. Love that photo of him

heres a more typical pic of pasq as that otheree was the best she even had took when we whent to get her we didnt realy deleve she was full greyhound she was so funny looking. boris is better than he was and he does make sure you never leave things lying about and allway tidy up so he has his benifts aswell

just a little sad not though even nearly 3 years on i still miss pasq deadfully she was only 7 and we thought we had years left with her

ive only got one greyhound , hes a tough guy weve not found anything hes scared of yet . He was handed to me cos he ate an african grey at his previous owners home (they had only had him 2 weeks straight off the track) but he really is a chaser , he will chase cats at every oppurtunity and actively hunts for them when were out , if he meets a dog on the street he goes mental barking and trying to get it but at a show he doesnt bat an eyelid . I cant get a recall on him at all outside of the garden and house , he isnt much food motivated and ive managed to teach him bugger all since hes been here. he hates my son and growls and snaps at him given the chance but loves everyone else . He plays too rough with my lab and next doors boxer puppy , all the other dogs are scared of him , my lab wont walk past him to get into a room and nobody will sleep in the same space as him at night . he is a food hog and is always asking to be fed but only if its meat lol . hes a real character but completly the opposite of my previous greyhound who was cat and dog safe never had to be muzzled and had perfect recall every where, she loved my son and would sleep on his bed when he was a baby and sleep next to him on the floor during the day while he played . the sadest thing is i can never let him off lead , i darent because we dont have any fully fenced fields here and if a dog or cat showed up it would be catastrophic , it makes me so sad as ive never had a dog that had to stay on lead before and id love to watch him run and play like a dog should.
