How about doing a big POO in the ring (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)

I still worry about that happening. I remember seeing a dog do it at Crufts a few years ago.

What about Monty lifting his leg & weeing up your leg (w00t) :x

Hero did this to me at the Three Counties CH show :- "

It was a big class so I had to stand there for a long time with Hero's wee running down my trouser leg & into my shoe

I had to do a clean up job because I didn't have a change of clothes with me & I had to show Evie in junior bitch later in the day!

Or the longest wee in the world  - half way into his first up and down for the judge :b - must have gone on for a full five minutes, everyone round the ring was in stitiches - remember that Maureen? :- "

I am really sorry Ali, this is too funny

I had NO idea there was so much to think about, some of those replies have had me giggling.

Some of my cock ups include:-

Going to the wrong venue, Perry Bar instead of Stafford!

Putting the wrong fuel in my ex husbands car but I was on the way to a jewellery exhibition not a dog show.

I once drove a good distance to a show and discovered that my entries had not been received. (actually probably never posted)

Minor puppy (Beauty) virtually refusing to go around the ring at her first show, a habit she maintained well into her showing career. She is of course Monty's Great Great Granny. she sends best wishes to Monty.

See you Saturday

OMG we saw the terrier group winner do that this year (w00t)

so basically, all I can do is turn up and hope that he goes round? :b

oh well  hope the food there is as nice as it is at some of the other shows

oh, what if it ain't? better go shopping so I can make some sarnies

I can't quote all the replies that have had me laughing, but this topic has been fab (w00t)

I wasn't coming to the show, as we have a big day on Sunday, but I might just have to now :- "

I wish you all the luck in the world Alison, and can guarantee that you won't forget this show EVER

Just one more Alison,

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT DAY AND DATE.

In the past (long past) I've turned up on the wrong day, luckily it

was one day early, so \I was able to go the next day.

Good luck on SATURDAY 7th APRIL AT THE SPORTS CONNECTION,

rYTON ON DUNSMORE

Irene.

i did actually go to a show a day late :- "

i did wonder why it was soooo quiet :b

ha! got one that none of you have thought of!! :p

make sure I wear sensible undies that fit properly, covered by clothes that keep my undies as 'undies' and not as 'outies' :- "

not that I'm suggesting that I sometimes at shows think I've wondered into the knicker department of Marks and Sparks by mistake (w00t)

Good luck Alison :luck: :luck: just relax and ejoy the day :D :D

Cathie I do recall you at one show at the NEC in odd trainers ( Though this MAY have been a fashion statement :D )

:huggles: I am also quaking about Saturday cos I have a wicked pup to show!! At the moment he insists he can only stand on 3 legs - at least when the fron leg is raised he looks ready for action, unlike a raised back leg where he just looks lame !! We are probably in the same class so I will look out for the gorgeous Monty and will come over and say hello - I will be the red-faced embarrassed one with the three legged puppy !!

Anyway, whatever happens, here's wishing all K9 ers a great day and lets just enjoy our pups as they are cos they grow up so fast.

See you all on Saturday and good luck :luck:

OMG yes, it was Crufts. Luckily I had a spare pair!! LOL

Even worse I did the knicker thing at Tamsvig last summer when I was showing at the big Swedish summer show. After I won Res Best Bitch the charming, delightful partner of one of the nicest Swedish exhibitors ever , gave me a big hug, said "brilliant, very well done....love the knickers" I was mortified. I exited rapidly to my hotel room and changed for the afternoon. I am still blushing. :">

I believe this is what is known as a wardrobe malfunction. LOL

Maybe Big pants are the answer.

I am off to M and S right away to remedy the sad state of my undies drawer.

Ive seen the photos of that too !!!!!!!!!!!!
