:D Great news folks, Christie has gone to a new home tonight.
She will be living with a Lurcher mad lady called Lynda, assorted family and three other Lurchers.  Fingers crossed that they all fall in

Many thanks for the help of this board and other Lurcher loving boards, let's hope this is the start of Christie's happy retirement.

Marina

It is you silly!!  Christie had a fabulous rest of life with Lynda and was definitely a one off.  Sadly, she died in June 2006 and Lynda was heartbroken. She'd only had her just over two years but they were happy ones. :)

Christie looked beautiful and I am so glad that she found a lovley home with a lovely person to care and adore her until her last days (it is just what all dogs deserve!)

R.I.P The lovely Christie.
