I joined quite some time ago, and have peeped in from time to time, but hopefully now I will be on more often. There are so many knowledgable breeders, and lots of great discussion. Having been in whippets for only about 5 years, I still have alot to learn...

My first Whippet, that I recieved as a Junior's dog, finished his AKC title with three major wins in less than 10 show weekends...and we are now playing around with puppies from his litter and grandget.

Peepers...he stands about 21 1/2" at the shoulder, though he looks smaller in the ring. His sire, at the same height, was wicketed because the judge thought he was too small...makes you wonder about the other dogs in the ring.. :- " haha!

Polite comments welcome, either positive or negative...I don't take offense easily, and it is always good to hear others non sugar-coated opinions about one's dogs.

Thanks,

Jenn

Lilly, a Peeper's daughter...has won Best In Match, Specialty Best In Sweepstakes, BOB over specials, and is singled out.. having been shown sparingly. She is on the small side, right at 19" tall...the first few pictures are her at liberty in the yard.

(and that darn tail...she is an alpha bitch for sure, she carries it lower when not around the other whippets)

Rebel...Peepers son, ASFA Fch, NOTRA OTR...he also has a AKC conformation 5-point major reserve to his credit, and several points! In ASFA, he won BOB at the Region 7 Invitational, and 4th in Open at the AWC National.

And last but not least, a few of the Rebel puppies, bred to an outside bitch, pictured at various ages. Quite a bit of variety out of two related Irish-Marked brindles!

Lovely dogs you have - I love the photo of them all led together.

They are versatile too

Lovely to see your dogs having such a variety of things to do, showing, lure coursing etc. Love Rebel particularly  , and those lovely shots of the first three together - smashing.

Very pretty and good-looking whippets, what way are they bred..or have I missed that somewhere else?

I have a bitch here who is very similar to your Lily & she too is an alpha bitch and carries her tail like Lily's when at home in the paddock sporting herself around the other dogs.
