Hi all

Ive been asked by a friend for advice  on Bichon Friese dogs. She is thinking of getting a pup and has been dog sitting a friends Bichon she says it is a lovely dog but is getting old. She was wondering if Bichon pups make good house dogs. She had dogs when she was younger but has never owned a puppy of her own :( she has a 14 yr old daughter. I can help her with looking after a puppy but have no ideaon this breed of dog (not my type) (w00t)

Any info would be great

PM either imperative or running free they have a bichon Leo

Bichons are cute little doggies...nice personalities..

...only the problem with them is that they do need company all the time...not very good left on their own even for few hours...

I'd agree with this. I used to live next door to someone who had one and it was always barking at something - either when out in the garden or when left alone while she was at work :( . Seemed a happy little thing but just noisy so maybe it just needed to get out and about more.

Are they soft to touch?

They kind of look like poofy toilet brushes (w00t) In a cute way of course!

Hope your friend gets some good advice and finds a pup
