After a sad end to last year, our Old Dog Devon's ashes are now back with us and will be put somewhere safe with with Sunny. :'(

So, its a new year, a new start and a new name! On Saturday, Dermot officially became

Yialousa Frisco Bay at Sunwalkers

He is 4 months old tomorrow and he is bloody gorgeous! Well, I think he is! ;)

And I've managed to build myself a website - www.sunwalkers.co.uk - it ain't professional and its far from finished, but it is somewhere I can at least record stuff as I go along - and anyone who knows me, knows what a terrible memory I have so anywhere that I can write stuff down and not lose it has got to be good :sweating:

Wishing you all the luck in the world with your new Sunwalker. I think he is gorgeous and such a fun, confident little boy with it. I can just tell he's got the show man genes.

If he is anything like our Yialousa he will bring you so much pleasure and make you very proud.

Looking forward to a cuddle with him again soon. :huggles:

Great website!! Just looking through it now, simple and imformative

Hope you have a fab year Alison

Alison - you probably won't know this bloke but we have an ex-Aussie Rules football player called Dermot Brereton - whom I've always thought was a bit yummy. And I always think of him when you talk about your Dermot and how gorgeous he is.

I googled for pics of him - and I assume they all have copyright so am hesitant to copy and post but here are some links, I hope they work.

Tried to get one of him whilst he was playing and a recent one ....

Dermot player

Dermot - recent

Hope you have a great 2009 with your Dermot....

Thats so funny! He looks a bit more glamorous that our English famous Dermot - who I do think is rather cute ;)

If my Dermot ends up parading around with a cup that size, I'll be more than happy :- (w00t) :D

Now now Lana - admitting to having a bit of a thing for Dermie

Alison what she didn't tell you was that her Dermot is actually a bit of a larrikan and when he played football he had the reputation of being a bit of a thug, was renowned for running THROUGH the opposition teams huddle at quarter time sending some of them flying, and if my memory serves me correctly it might have even been the game that the big cup was won at.

But to be fair he was a spectacular footballer and I hope your Dermot does have his boyish outgoing personality

Lisa (who was a "Legs" Silvani fan herself) (w00t)

I think my Dermot sounds much more like your Dermot than the cute Dermot O'Leary (w00t)

Wishing you all the best with Dermot, he is a truly lovely little chap, i'm sure you both have lots of fun in store. :huggles:

Now Lisa, remember ... I am a QUEENSLANDER ... I really know NOTHING about Aussie Rules ... so to be very honest I know nothing of how Brereton played ... back then just saw him on TV every now and again (news, etc) and over the last few years, more often in the media (presenting and appearing on talk shows etc plus I have a husband who will watch anything to do with sport of any kind on tele) so I've seen more of him since he stopped playing! I just think he's very nice to look at, and yes, does seem to have that 'boyish charm'.

Sorry, but Dermot O'Leary doesn't do much for me. :( Perhaps if he had hair????

I will be at NWA on 31st early, you will need to choose carefully! Maybe he could stay here for a bit, make sure he gets the right one???

Trust me Juley, you wouldn't want this lad around your gorgeous girls, he already thinks he is a ladies man :-

But we will be at the show, he will save his pocket money so he can buy his own collar, something young and flash - its not good for his street cred to be wearing one that was worn by an old man before he went to whippet heaven

So make sure you have a good selection, you know how much I love a choice . . . . :b
