Hi my beautiful Rocket is now 6 months old. He has been on pro plan puppy since he was weaned, but for the last 3 weeks he has had really bad wind!!! I tried him on the pro plan puppy sensitive food but he doesnt like it. Will it just go away as hes not alway had this problem. He's lying in bed next to me now fast asleep, twitchin, dreaming and making one enormous smell. He knows he is doing it because he smells it and looks at you in disgust like it is your fault!!! help my nostrils can't take it anymore!!!!

try putting a springle of charcoal on his dinner. Is he picking anything up in the garden ?

His sister Melody dosnt have a problem :luck:

Thanks Jax I will try that. Don't think hes picking up stuff in the garden but cant be 100% . He is clever at finding things, but am always really careful. He does have training treats and puppy milk biscuits and meat 3 times a week so maybe its that. Think I will just give him his dog food and try and work it out by process of elimination.

Where do you get charcol from?

Pets at home do granulated Charcoal, its in a jar made for pet birds but works brill on windy troubles

you could allways wear a peg on your nose lol sorry just made me laugh I do have one of mine that has wind problems if he has tuna :)

I do tend to mist and refresh quite abit

Sounds like he needs a change in diet, what do you feed him?

I have always found that a tablespoon of bio yoghurt with each meal is very effective in keeping wind to a minimum.

Awwwwwwwww bless him  :x hope you get it sorted
