Thanks guys for the congrat's, it was very nice to come home to them - proud granddad Bill was hanging by the phone to hear if we went futher.

We've just come home from another show today, he showed like a little trooper but Lana's baby girl beat him today. Have taken photo's today so I promise to put them up later tonight or in the morning. It's been raining here and last night for In show awards, down it came, Baby Puppy was judged under a gazebo and the babies only had to do a small circle, not whippy weather at all but he handled it just fine but was very happy to go back to a warm bed.

The last two days of showing have been quite good with Lyric "Coridale Cover Story' receiving Reserve of breed on Friday, Amigo " Mychaka Inthe Limelight' receiving reserve challenge today and Tequila "Chesthunt Creme Tequila' winning her class both days and then of course Edge with his Baby Puppy in Group.

Yes - we met little Mr Edge on the weekend and what a sweetie he is. He's not too sure about this showing caper quite yet ... but who would be, with Darcie the Springbok boinging up behind you? :p

I overheard the judge on Friday say to the steward ... "Aw, two LOVELY puppies ... but neither one is behaving!"

And now that Cristina has mentioned Darcie I guess I'd better get off my butt and do an intro for her .... :b

its so strange though to see such a baby puppy going to a show :wub: of course over here they have to be 6 months so generally look grown up lol but to see a baby baby is strange lol
 
Well Edge has done it again - today he received another Baby in Group, he went beautifully today don't know what that judge was thinking when she awarded Baby in Show to a PUG. Hopefully we can do it again tomorrow. :D :cheers:

Well the little tyke done it again on Sunday under a much nicer judge, another Baby In Group :D

Edge is starting to get his own fan club going who wait by the side lines for him to come out so they can have cuddles - we've been coming out of the ring with the older dogs and have to hunt around to find out who's lap he is in getting his belly rubbed.

I'll put the other results on 2009 show results topic :D

Have to say now I will never waste my money on entering under the judge we had on Saturday even after he gave Edge Puppin in Group - most people were of the same opinion even those that had wins with their dogs. I had the misfortune of table writing on Sunday for a group he was judging and have to say my opinion did not change, very rude man.
