good good........loves my cup of hot chocolate after ive sorted the dogs out :sweating:
If it is raining Julie then a nice cup of hot chocolate will be just the thing. I'm really looking forwards to seeing everyone again. It's going to be such a gooooooooooooooooood day folks. I know the entry and we are going to have some great races. People are working hard and I'm starting to wake-up and get a real buzz about Sunday.

Someone said to me today 'I'm really looking forwards to Sunday, cause I know that I'll be racing in a fun and friendly atmosphere'. Says it for me.

I hope that on Sunday (as all Sundays) all whippets racing go home safe and injury free.

So racing wasn't done in a fun and friendly atmosphere before???????
I think Barbara is refering to the fact that not all meetings will be in a fun and friendly atmosphere on Sunday - but the Nationals will most definitely be!
Why don't you all grow up? All people want to do is race their dogs without prejudice, splitting it up does nobody any good.
We are grown up - have you forgotten what fun was like when you were younger  No split with us, we are united in running pedigree dogs :D

Not according to the person who said that to me Ann and that person has been in whippets longer than you have. If you came to more opens then I guess that you'd understand better. Peddie whippet racing hasn't been the nicest day out at times this year. BUT this Sunday it's going to be okay or even better than okay, it's actually going to be a blast at Weyhill. Can't see what the problem with saying that is. Why should we be ashamed of having a good time. I haven't a clue what it'll be like at Morton and I have even less interest in what's happening there, but I'm sure that it'll be a pleasant day out there too.

As long as all our beloved whippets come home safe what is the problem.

You should all be ashamed, after all the WCRA has been your club for nearly 40 years, and you have raced happily with them, how can you just dismiss them out of hand?

Also for June, I can remember more than you think, so shut up please.

   The WCRA have let down all the racers, and the clubs that are affiliated to them Ann. You obviously don't know what you are talking about - but then that never stops you adding your nasty comments. Say what you like, it's like water off a ducks back to National supporters :D we are here to stay  :teehee:

Ann why do you feel the need to drip poison on a thread that i started to wish my fellow racers a great day :(

if you look back at my threads i used to always start a thread for the wcra when i ran with them.... so this was not intended to cause trouble, I'm sorry Ann but i feel it is you that needs to grow up rather than feeling the need to chip in your negative comments at every turn :(

as Barbara said not ALL opens this year (including one championship meeting) have been a pleasent day out, i know ive attended a good few this year!

Why is it that when some body disagrees with any of you it is wrong? You cannot bully people into thinking you are right all the time, it won't work. There are those who still support the WCRA, they may join the NPWRA just to run their dogs, so what, that is their main interest, racing. All this putting down the WCRA is not the best thing to do, in fact it is horrid.

There is obviously one rule for you lot and sod the rest.

If it wasn't for the internet you would not be so powerful.

it was you the brought the wcra into this thread  so don't make out we did

i could not give a flying toss where anyone races on Sunday.................... i wanted to wish my fellow racers well that's all...but as usual your twisted mind and how you seem to be reading things that are not even there has caused all this shite being posted on MY thread....i have defended you so many times Ann when you have chipped in your negative input and sniped comments on other peoples threads, i give up! you seem to love trying to upset people weather it be in racing/showing/iggys or non peds!!!! your negativity knows no boundary :(

Judy can you remove the whole topic please

I think if you look back you will find that Barbara referred to someone saying to her that they were looking forward to running their dogs in a friendly atmosphere - no one mentioned the WCRA - you brought them up. You will find that although people do get sick of your negative posts, they will not pay attention to anything you say, as we the racers know what is right and wrong.

We are thrilled with the way the Nationals is going. We have a passport system up and running that we hope the clubs will recognise next year. We also have a points system planned, where clubs can offer points for their open without being tied to all the rules and regulations inflicted on them at present - they can run their clubs how they wish to, AND they can save themselves £50 to boot :D The future is bright - the future is the NPWRA

Okay folks fingers crossed that the programme has gone off to the printers now. I had it bounced back to me this morning due to errors on my part, well actually it was an error on Alans part really. We are still learning and at our age the progress is slow. :)

If anyone could help out on the paddock could they let me know please.
