Well that answered YOUR question Biker John!!
I don't know of lure coursing near Lancaster but there IS lure racing, where you can put your bitch behind a lure and see how she feels about it:)
In the pedigree racing section, there are contacts for all the racing clubs - there are a couple in...
Hi David - I answered you on he other thread about running away.
One of the best ways to get him back again is to run away from him yourself. It's doesn't feel right, but trust me - if he sees you running he will chase after YOU in preference to anything else :)
Hi again David
Have you started taking him to race meetings yet? You may find that if you do, it could help him get more used to socialising with other dogs. You won't be able to let him loose of course, but just walking him up and down, and mixing with all the other whippets, while you...
I can't find an online link to point you at, but page 15 of today's Sun, has a picture of Andrea's house, after a Ford Mondeo ploughed through the wall!

How very sad. A legend of the sport, he will be greatly missed by all, but a far more noble ending for such a grand warrior than that which awaits most of our heroes.
Condolences to Ernie Chris and Becky.
If memory serves it is the Presidents Ceylon Salver - for you puppies out there it's what Sri Lanka used to be called :)
The one trophy I always wanted to win, but never did - I think best I did was second with Hattie one year.
Billy will be attempting to go one further :D
Book me in Danno...
