Thanks! If I interrupt her, she would be happy to stop doing that and play with me. I am actually happy to see her to behave this way because I know she was very happy and satisfy after long walk. I love to see her playing with toys, enjoying her alone time when I was busy with something.
Thanks!
She has been "playing" like this for sometime. I didn't have small children at home, she has plenty of toys to play. I am actually happy to see her to behave this way because I know she was very happy and satisfy after long walk. JJ is my first dog, I asked because I worry this could be...
Dear fellow members,
Hope you had a good Armistice day weekend.
My dog is a 5 years old Female Jack Russell Terrier, not sprayed. She didn't mix well with my neighbour's dogs. She has some friends at the dog park, she is typically ok with male dogs, and doesn't like female dogs.
Please see the...
Ideally that would be perfect. But I could not find a live-in 24x7 dog sitter in my area. Home boarding is the next best solution, but from the last experience, she seems to struggle with the new environment and it was expensive £30-35/day. The pet sitter I spoke to, will come in 1 hour a day...
Dear fellow members,
Hope all are doing well and dogs are happy and cherishing :)
I adopted my fur daughter 3 years ago during Covid. As a new dog's daddy, I learned a lot from this forum! I attach some photos below
Long story short
She had separation anxiety when I first had her...
Dear fellow members,
I have been living at my current home for nearly 8 years, but my relationship with the neighbor is not perfect. She complained to me for various reasons by letter a couple of times over the years. If I know something annoys her, I would just avoid them. We seldom talk but a...
Dear fellow members,
I adopted a 2 years old Jack Russel Terry last December. She was untrained and due to Covid, I preferred not to take risk for training class. Over the time, she is ok with everything except 2 behaviors below, hope you get your opinion and advise how to fix them please.
a)...
Dear fellow members
I brought my angel for her usual 90min yesterday evening, I let her run off lead because there was no other dog after 730pm. Upon reaching home, to my horror, I noticed my angel limp walk with 3 legs. I immediately checked thoroughly and noticed she injured her paw, as shown...
Indeed small world
Stafford castle is lovely, green and away from road traffic. She loves running off lead, so it is too dangerous if there is road traffic nearby. I mainly take her to Stafford Castle or Doxey Masher.
I want her to be healthy and happy. Just feel sorry to her if I go train...
2.5years old
The daily 5-10miles walk is off lead walk and she always run far ahead and come and fro, so she probably do double of my distance, probably 10-20miles to her
Dear fellow members,
I walk my Jack Russell 5-10miles everyday, yes, she is tire after the walk. I attach her after walk photos below. But she loves the walk and looks forward to it everyday, keep buzzing me if I am lazy to go.
I signed up a marathon for october. I think to train and probably do...
I am new to dog, just have her just before Christmas.
From my memory, I didnt recall seeing the dark mark, it just appears last 2 weeks. Anyway, I will continue to monitor and try to wash it next time I give her a shower. I honestly feel weird to touch that part... :'(
Hi fellow members
Hope I wont be banned for posting pornography
I noticed my dog private part has dark marks, she didnt complain and have no problem to urine. I just shower her yesterday evening and tried to wash with dog shampoo, but the mark remains.
Is this something I should worry?
My dog is my angel, though she has her super naughty side too. She would turn into super impatient devil when we are going out for the walk, she will cry, bark, dance haka to wish I can put up her harness and change my shoe in 0.00000000001 ms. :(
I wish she learn to play and enjoy her own time. I bought a lot toys for her, hoping she will play and enjoy. Fetch is one key activity I hope she will pick up because it encourages she to run at my minimum effort (I can throw the ball occasionally during I am working). Currently she is entirely...
