Louie's new mum and dad came to pick him up today, they travelled a great distance and fell in love with him instantly. They are a lovely middle aged couple who have previously owned IG's. They were homechecked and approved by a rehoming co-ordinator of the Italian Greyhound Rescue. Angie.

Skye (renamed Star - she truly was) is away to live with her forever family in Fife.

I have angered and upset people and I am sorry. Don't feel you have to let me know of your anger any more it has been taken onboard, therefore I will no longer be posting. Angie

Bertha I'm sorry I've angered you but if I thought for one moment that my own boys would fight I would never have taken on Skye. I only want whats best for the wee one and my own and if that makes me a bad / irresponsible dog owner then I'm the one having to live with the tag ... Angie

A lot of tears ..... There are a couple going to see the wee one this afternoon and they have already been homechecked ... Angie

Just to let everyone know that Star (formerly Skye) is being rehomed as my boys started fighting over her yesterday evening resulting in Louie needing vet treatment for some nasty puncture wounds. I am absolutely devastated as this little girl was truly a Star and deserves the best future...

So glad Sophie is settling in Jo ... I've only had Louie (my IG x Whippet) 7 weeks but when reading your blog the memories of the pen climbing and the likes came flooding back. Louie used to hang from the top of his cage and at that point I wondered what we had taken on ............. I think...
