I am total novice with dogs, he's a love but when pleased to see u he can mouth u quite a lot,it can nip but my dad has really thin skin so he can actually cut him.i say no firmly etc but he still loves to do it.any tips on how to stop it please.

Yes if he goes in his cage now when I come home I let him straight out,he used to jump all over me but we have worked on it and now he wags furiously and leans against me for cuddles.its lovely.

Sorry just to add his cage is big he has a bed area and enough additional area to have a good old stretch,I will leave him with his kong and change his toys every day he has water and I will hide a few treats in there too, he gets up with us at six ish then gets a half hr walk before he goes in...
Mine will be six months soon and he is my first ever dog,I have allergies but am fine with him, he is absolutely brilliant in every way.we start puppy classes soon but he has already learnt so much.he sits lies down has good recall and is an all round fab friend to us all.i would recommend them...
I don't have anyone on a regular basis,my dad will pop in occasionally but not daily.i have thought of every which way possible, he is usually very happy in his cage.your doggies look lovely.
