How annoying is it when, on your walk, you get caught in the only hail shower of the day?
How annoying is it when you don't put 'operation cure Eddi' into action effectively? I'd seen a dog walking in the distance, then he saw it. I waited until they got a bit closer then did 'find it'...
Actually, I like playing ball with Eddi in the yard at the side of the house. He can run off his lead and he sort of brings it back. My other dog would never pay like that.
Eddi is great with everything He doesn't bury anything and you can take anything away from him (not that I do) but early on we bought him some of those white bones to chomp on as he destroys all of his weak toys. He never ate them and growled if anyone went near him. I tried him again a few...
I hope so, it would be good to get through to him on walks a bit more. That said, he is much better and does sometimes 'check in.'
Anther cute (or annoying depending on mood an circumstance) thing he does now is throwing his Kong toys or his ball at us to play with or to be filled. He never...
Eddi is not very cuddly. The best moments are when he sits next to me on the carpet. He sort of swings round and aims to lean into my leg. He'll sit there for about 15 minutes leaning into me. I think I'm bonding with him, this behaviour has only happened in the last 3-4 weeks, more often...
The man is a star, but I don't think picking up after your dog is a community spirit thing, I think it's a dog owner's duty! I walk Eddi a lot on the riverbank and there's are piles of poo. I think it's disgusting, everybody should be able to use the bank and enjoy it without treading in poo.
Ha, I love her toys. My living room looks like there is a toddler living here. (Not that a toddler would appreciate a Kong toy with treats in. Then again...
Eddi went to one vet and he had to be muzzled as he snapped when he looked at his teeth, I took him to a new vet as he is closer and he looked at his teeth, squeezed his anal glands and gave him three jabs, Eddi barely batted an eyelid. The vet just has a lovely way with him. As someone posted...
He's on a harness when he walks nicely and if he pulls he goes on a short lead on his Halti. I have two leads when walking him. He was trying to get to the ducks on the river, so I had to put his Halti on. We may never be able to let him off lead, using a flexi lead is a compromise so that he...
