    I need help

Had my first dog at 8 years old im 55 now and I'm still here. Id hate to think how much dog poo I've picked up over the years. Add on top of that mucking stables out every day for years. Dogs and horses, what a life, I've been bitten and kicked God knows how many times by the horses. The dogs...

Noose style lead for small puppy

The main reason I do a lot of lead training isn't to get them walking perfect, but so I can train the stand still command. It's a command I probably use more than any other. Lead work is the only way to get them going with this. As for getting them to walk perfectly on a lead I'm not that...

    Previous Owner Wants Puppy back

You didn't happen to find out what she paid for the pup from the breeder. Alot are selling pups on straightaway just to make a fast buck. I'd be telling her to go and do one, and that's just being polite on here.

    BBC programme on puppy breeding

What ever you do,you will never stop it while people are paying £1500 for a lurcher pup when they should cost around £300 max. Or paying up to £3000 for terrier pups that should be around the £600 mark. Big money is being made and most of it tax free money. One litter of pups could equal a years...

Come on holiday to Yorkshire and bring your dogs with you. In normal times there's whippet racing every week here. Also we have lurcher/sighthound and terrier racing every month at a old dog track. All are welcome,it's fun only for both dogs and owners.

    Iida the terrier's maternity diary

I'm just looking forward to when they turn in to little snapping turtles. It's a great sound when terrier pups are in full flow. I can't help myself when they are nailing each other or a toy .... go on get in ... go on.

Your husband as got good taste, whippets are great dogs. It's just this year it seems to of gone whippet mad for some reason. I'm just interested in why people seem to be choosing whippets over other breeds.
