I don't like them if I'm honest, a cage is a cage. I do see the benefits of having a safe zone for a dog to chill out in,but to shut a dog in one is another ball game unless you are transporting the dog. I've managed perfectly well all these years without one. So I'm not a fan.

Unfortunately I think a lot of vets fleece the insurance system,not all of them though. Bit like these lawyers that chase the car crash people.

I don't have insurance,but have a dog fund for emergencies. If you are going down the insurance route,if you think your dog may have health problems later on,get the best you can afford.

How far I will go for something I love. It's a lot further than it would be for 95% of people.

All mine have slept at the side of me in a puppy pen. Easy for a reassuring hand to settle them down. Besides it a great way of making that unbreakable bond between you and your pup.

Mine is 18 now, all her life she was fed like a olympic athlete and exercised like one too. Now she can eat what ever she likes. Don't get me wrong she still gets good food. She never gets the same food two days on the trot. So at 18 she still trots up with her tail wagging ...what am I having...
