First off lockdown,this country hasn't been in lockdown,it couldn't handle it. You could go shopping when you wanted,go out and take daily exercise.take dogs out for walks,go cycling for 4 or 5 hour. Nothing like other countries where lockdown ment lockdown you didn't go out,but we still moaned...

God help em if I ever end up in a nursing home,they're in for a real treat.

There are a lot of young squirrels around at this time of the year,they aren't very streetwise compared to their adult counterparts.

I've had 5 terriers with no problems,most of my life I've had teams of multiple terriers. At one point there werr 8 in the house when me and the ex girlfriend were together. Out of the 8 dogs 5 were bitches,life ticked along nicely.

I've not done that but I have put salt in instead of suger,that was bad enough.

Unfortunately time doesn't stand still,I can't comment of Jasper because I don't know what his condition was in his prime to what he's like now,but I can guess. I would like to wish the big fella all the best. You know him better than anyone just like I do my old gal and we do our best for them.

@JBP... He's still got his flat cap and black coat on. Once the lurcher meetings are back on it won't be a problem. In the meantime,if I see a couple of the lads out and about I'll ask them. They've got a couple of his dogs so they will have his contact details.

I was with him just before the lockdown started,in normal circumstances I'd see him every month as a rule. Sadly I don't have his contact details,but if we get back to some normality it would not be a problem.

Sadly you don't see Cairn Terriers like you used to do,they're great little dogs. I can't remember the last time I saw one.
