How much is the average dog walker for say a 30 min walk daily?

The thing is that my parents dont really want to hire a dog walker as they see it as a waste of money and they think it might distance the relationship between me and my dog.

Well if you train it right it will be just like any other terrier out there. I have heard that they do nip quite a lot though.

You have very specific options. I know how you feel. You want a breed but there are non anywhere near you. You could try find a local breeder but you may have to make a compromise. Get an adult, or get another dog (if you don't find any puppies) Good luck!

Sadly, It is 3 years until I can work at a shelter as in the UK the minimum age for volunteering is 16!! I'm only 13. I don't really mind the weather, a coat and an umbrella is enough for me! I would honestly go out of my way to make sure the dog gets that walk and the exercise it needs! :)
