Sure @Biker John, this basically means if you post a thread and it gets no response, do not constantly post in it bumping it to the top asking for a response. It doesn't really apply normally but some people can "over up" their threads every 10 minutes which isn't fun for anyone :)

We apologise for things that were out of our hands. We recently moved the sites servers from the old owners to ours, this caused several issues that touch wood should now be resolved.  I'm glad you're so passionate about the site that a little down time "pi**es" you off, hopefully it won't...
