Thanks everyone for your replies. The vet gave him antibiotics whilst they did the faecal testing, which took over a week, seems he didn't need them at all and probably stripped all the good bacteria from his gut!!! I think I'll give the raw foods ago see if I can fatten him up abit Thanks...
