It's just slight tissue damage that happens when the needle penetrates through the skin. The same happens to us humans when we have an injection, but some of us have a bit more flesh than others so it isn't always noticeable. :))

We pop-in quite regularly to Manchester Dogs Home and it's unbelievable to think they get in up to 40 dogs a day. Makes you wonder where they all come from and has led me to gradually losing faith in human beings. I naively used to think all dog owners were like me - a soft touch for big sad...

People like that absolutely disgust me. And what a way to bring up a young child! They should be banned from having kids and animals. I'm not sure what the answer is- I just think there is so much evil in the world today and cruelty to animals just sickens me.

Here are my two lovely ladies- Ellie Girl and Ruby Tuesday. :wub: Ellie is lab/collie x and Ruby is a cocker spaniel [with a very waggy tail] and I love them both to bits! Sorry if images are a bit small but I haven't mastered the technology very well yet.

I'd definately get him to the vets. My girl had gastrenteritis and had same symtoms as your lad. She needed an injection to treat it and lots of fluids. The thing is dogs can go downhill pretty quickly and especially if they become dehydrated. After the injection Ellie soon picked up. Who...

Hi Mally, I got an e-mail alert from e-pupz yesterday about some fawn pups. Can't remember what part of country or sex. Also, there are 2 dogs in Uppermill, near Manchester. Same litter that Helen got her Lola from. :)
