I quite agree Masta ! I have 6 dogs, all of whom eat at different rates. I feed them lamb breast on the bone and sometimes get grumbling because the Danes eat a bone quicker than the lurchers. On the nights I am not doing the feeding and keeping an eagle eye on them all, I feed them the lamb...
I can only reiterate Dawn's comments, the chat room was THE place to be. I was a much later addition to the forum because I am SO much younger than Dawn, but we used to while away many an evening !! Perhaps Dawn, if you have the nun outfit still, you could rekindle your following ?
I have just seen this flea and tick treatment advertised in our local pet shop and wondered if anyone had tried it . Its quite a lot cheaper than Frontline, but I don't want to take a risk and save some pennies if the stuff doesn't work !
Thank you for that  . I hope that enough support can be mustered to help sway the Planners decisions. The Riding School is a huge part of the local community and teaches and has taught many hundreds of people, to ride. Aside from anything else, its a bloody nuisance that bods in...

I am sure the slower dogs do get injuries, but when a win isnt on the cards an owner might be more likely to give the dog adequate time to recover and stop a niggle becoming something more serious. Having an unfancied dog certainly takes the pressure off !!
Fingers crossed Ronnie makes a swift...
Thanks everyone  ....even though the pup is my sisters, Im getting quite excited! I bet she will seem tiny after me being used to great louts of lurchers. I may bore you all with photos :-
Caroline :)
Thank you for that  ...................HUGE excitement at the arrival of the puppy ......I shall probably be back with more questions !
Caroline :)
After yearning for a whippet for many, many years, my sister finally picks up her puppy next week. 'Olive' will be a much loved family pet first and foremost and is already adored by my niece and nephew. The breeder has told my sister that the pup has 'Cobyco' and 'Oakbark' lines and...
