She's still a little wobbly and unsettled. She hasn't taken to them properly yet and has no milk yet. I'll just give her plenty of TLC and encouragement.
We've had 6 pups. 4 girls and 2 boys.
3 fawn parti girls and 1 fawn girl and 1 brindle parti boy and 1 brindle boy.

*Update*
Visited the our vet this morning who referred Diamond to the Animal Hospital.
She had a scan and it looked like a few babies but they kept moving so the vet couldn't count! Anyway one of the heartbeats were a bit sluggish.
She has no signs of being in labour so the vet is doing a C...
I got very emotional at 5 this morning. Well I am really tired.
For the first night in a while she didn't bother to get up for a wee or move about uncomfortable. At 5 this worried me and took me a while to get her off her bed.
I've done the same at 7.30am just to get her to drink something but...

The pups are wriggling almost all the time and she is getting a little worked up!
We've gone right past the due date. What is the latest a Whippet will whelp?
On Diamonds first litter the vet said 4 or 5 and she had 8. It is possible for them to hide ;)
I didn't have one this time around and by palpating the vet just said a few!

Well another night getting the sofabed out. Been on it since Monday and it's not getting any comfier, especially when a fat whippet fidgets all night!

Helen, the fawn dog that Barbara is winning with at the moment is the dog from the litter that i was offered, and as you can see i turned it down as i didn't really want a fawn dog. But hey ho i'll learn one day.

Myself and Skippy are off on our hols late this year and decided to go to Yarmouth so we could catch the derby.
