Hi Julie, I personally prefer racing at a greyhound track.
Any dogs I have, have a bit of size on them. That's why I don't mind using a greyhound as a cross.
The smaller dogs run the bends too, but as I said I prefer the 'bigger' type. I suppose we all have our preferences.

IMHO. sand finish would reduce any stopper or dew claw injurys that might occur.
It also has the much needed advantage of governing where the lure is stopped, which in turn ensures your dog is still flat out going over the line. I'm in favour. Cheers Mick
