My pup is 16 weeks now and we're finally getting somewhere with the biting especially now he can get a reasonable walk and off lead blast - but he still has his moments.
There's always plenty of "what have I done" moments with a puppy and a lot of pressure too I think to get it right.

We have a lurcher pup at the moment and 2 elderly terriers. To be honest my terriers will tell the puppy quite clearly if they don't want to be pestered and after 2 weeks my girl doesn't even need to growl she just freezes and the puppy backs off my boy is less subtle and I intervene more there...

I think after Poppy though I would settle for sweet but dim. Too much intelligence in a dog just causes trouble

They've just said Bedlington lurcher which could mean anything really. He's insured through the rescue for 5 weeks and we'll likely keep him insured as I know how accident prone pointy dogs can be
