Red lump from being in the garden?

Yes it just looks like a scuff, probably nothing to worry about but keep an eye on it.

Vets costs double what was quoted

Probably worth changing vets if they don't sort it out for you. Sounds like they have not gone about it the right way.

Suitable dog for an apartment/ home alone - beagle

I'd agree that 6 hours alone is too long every day, especially for a younger dog. Apartments are not ideal either, dogs need to feel the grass under their feet several times a day IMO. And will you have the time/energy to walk it before and after work every day? Puppies need plenty of exercise...

Surfing dogs - see, try & love it! : )

I guess having four legs instead of two gives you better balance!

    Alabama rot in north wales

Sounds nasty, is it uncommon in the UK then? Sorry I've only heard of it in passing.

Tibetan mastiff- biggest dog in china

I can't imagine how anyone would want to export a dog from China when there are already so many dogs that need rehoming here in the UK!

    Raiding the saving for medication!

Interesting, my dogs are 12 now so I'm sure some meds will be required in the near future. Why do you need a prescription for online ordering? Is it a special place you have to buy them from, rather than Ebay or Amazon?

    Two's company, threes a crowd?

I don't think anyone can accurately tell you the outcome as all dogs have different personalities, so you won't know unless you try it. Is there any way you could 'borrow' the pup for a few hours to see how they all get on?

    Good advertising tips

Regarding ranking a website, it's a lot harder these days. Forget trying to rank for dog grooming, but instead go for dog grooming town, as in where you live. Ranking for local search terms is a lot easier.

    Going mad before bed

How about taking him for a quick walk just before bed. It can be quite nice late in the evening when all is quiet and you can walk beneath the stars :)

    Feeding advice for malinois please

James Wellbeloved is what we have used for the last 12 years and it's supposed to be one of the best. Have you tried him on some probiotic tablets to try and bring his stomach back to health?

    Help need advice please!

I don't think that behaviour is much to worry about. I have two lurchers and they're the same, but they live with me, my wife and two young kids perfectly fine. Because of their good nature they make wonderful pets.
