Mine get their breakfast at 8am and tea at about 6.30pm, each meal is about an hour after their walk.
They go out for the last time at about 11.30 - midnight and we've not had an accident since Diego was a tiny baby.
Welcome to the forum – what a sweet looking girl she is.
Willowood; that rings a bell but I’m not sure why. Can I be nosey and ask her breeding?
I agree that it would be best to start classes with her sooner rather than later for the socialisation aspect alone.
Best of luck with her.
Sounds like Zana was lucky to not suffer a worse injury. I’m glad that there doesn’t appear to be any serious damage and that she isn’t too spooked.
When Frankie was bitten last year, resulting in absolutely loads of staples, a 7 inch scar and more than six months out of the show ring; the...
Helen, I expect there will be one when tkdogs.com put their photos up. They seem to do a brilliant job of getting a pic of every dog in the ring.
But you can only judge the dog on the day. On Sunday the Pharoah was not the star of the show by a long way in my eyes, I had three other Group winners before it, and I am a hound lover through and through.
You can't refer a judge back to a previous performance to judge on!!
Hi Griff,
Sorry I’ve not commented about the boys sooner – they are looking like absolute pros already – I particularly love the moving ones of them!
Is Hogan completely white on the other side?
Please do keep on posting photos of them – I for one am always interested to see/hear about other...
I did think the coverage was very poor - the bit I enjoy is Frank Kane's commentary of each dog in the Group - I would love it if we could see each dog that has made it through to the Group and not just those that made the short list.
As for the BIS winner, the right dog won in my eyes - I...
I can only echo all that Jo has already said - it was a very tough bittersweet day, but I really feel that Rowan was looking out for her boys today and they certainly made her and us incredibly proud.
I still feel a bit in shock today!!! This is Frankie's 3rd RCC to go with his one CC; and...
Happy birthday pups - they are a super bunch and we are very proud of them.
The brighest star in the sky tonight will be the most special girl of all, our Rowan.
Thank you all for your kind messages; sorry I've not replied to any yet but as I'm sure you will understand the pain of losing our perfect girl, who would have been one year old tomorrow, is just too hard to bear at the moment.
When I'm feeling up to it I will write a few words about our...
I’m amazed how much our lot get fed compared to what others are eating – it looks like all our boys are getting 4 x the amount that your boys do Janice. I know they are all different, but as all 5 of our boys eat almost exactly the same amount, I thought it was pretty much the norm for mature...
I'm looking forward to it now. It seems ages since I was last there with staying at home last year with a very heavily pregnant Ruby. It will be nice to sit there and watch the judging and not having to rely on people to text me updates throughout the day!
I'm most excited about...
To add more Citycroft gang details:
Logan and Diego (Both entire, Logi 3, Diego 2) both get either 5 chicken wings, turkey neck or lamb ribs, then 32oz of meat with two handfuls of wholemeal mixer and also goats milk most days. Diego is a right skinny minnie and just will not eat anymore...
Congratulations on your wonderful successes with your truly beautiful whippets.
Wishing you all the best for continued success in 2010 – I am sure there will be many more such days to come.
