Does the smallest puppy of the litter always stay smaller even when adult?

As I recently had a litter I would say she would be pregnant by the Whippet even if the Collie did get her. I have read up on it and they can't have litter by 2 different dogs so if she was mated at the correct time the litter will be the Whippets.I could be wrong but I did read it!

There was an 18month black pedigree dog looking for a home in Newcastle upon Tyne because of change in circumstances. Apparantly he is sound in every way!

I have heard of them being wrong in saying a bitch is not pregnant when she is. They told me Twiggy was having 3,poss 4 pups and she had 6!

I can't decide yet because I have always wanted a black but I lurrrve the blues!
