ps on the first of October he is having a small op to remove a growth from a meibomian gland in his eyelid because it is rubbing on his eye,not having a lot of luck just now poor lad..
Hi thanks for asking.....yesterday he seemed a lot happier and even had a little wrestle with Bill the beagle and took a walk for thirty minutes with me and James.
today he seems ok but he did have a bit of a cough at lunch time and I have to admit because of that i haven't walked him...

Our old boxer dog Watson had leukaemia and we put him to sleep before the vet wanted us to, he wanted us to wait until he went off his food..we did it when the sparkle left his eyes but before he was near off his food....never regretted that decision.

he starts on Vetmedin tonight and then we wait and see. I told my husband last night that I will not put Badger on diuretics...if he gets to the point he needs them, then I will have him put to sleep..he has given me...
My gorgeous whippet boy Badger has congestive heart failure....he struggles to get onto the sofa or bed...the stairs are beating him..he is more sleepy and breathing more heavily than he used to....he collapsed last week and it was his heart not getting blood to his brain.......sadly he started...
interesting stuff....my dogs are all now on James Wellbeloved Duck and rice or Ocean white fish and rice...Badger also has some tinned food as he's getting skinny in his old age......only one of my dogs does more than two poos a day..four of them poo once first thing and again after dinner..only...
LOL Burns had the opposite effect on my lot and they all developed constipation to the point of causing bleeding and when i contacted Burns, they said it is a known reaction for some dogs.....funny how differently foods can effect dogs eh!

thank you..he is, he's practically perfect..his only slight imperfection is that he has to be muzzled on lead due to biting peoples bums if they walk past..otherwise he is a very sweet and gentle boy...
we live in a two bed terrace and we have five dogs....space isn't really an issue unless everyone piles into our tiny galley kitchen...there are simply hounds dotted about the house...as long as you can provide plenty of exercise, living space won't be an issue....I love being outside so our...
