tried red on rabbits the other night on a permission i have lee, and it worked they just sat there waiting to be caught, but it is harder for the dogs to see the rabbits i thought so a bit more training with different colour filters i think!

ha both my saluki crosses are above any other dogs they see and will be selective with who they will play with lol but i do love them

wish we could come to this but its over 300 miles away and with the two kids its a squeeze with the two lurchers in the car too good luck with it tho :thumbsup:

No it's not fair, hardly any of the shows down in cornwall do lurcher rescue race as such. My two rescued lurchers do ok in the racing but as my dog wasnt trained for this from a pup he could do so much better with other dogs not trained from a pup etc. My other rescue is almost 17 months now...
