i think the main objection is that grews aint lurchers and when people run shows they advertise them as lurcher shows ,if on the other hand they described them as long dog and lurcher shows the argument would dissapear, and run 2 dog heats in straight racing would even it out,just my opinon,

Meant to add,the person who ran their dog with STITCHES IN ought to be ashamed of themselves :angry: sorry karen she has now stated that she did not run her dog with stitches in!!! she had them removed on the vets advice!!!! she had previously stated that the stitches had to be in for 14...

i thought it was a good attempt to include all dogs from the running genre in this show ,well done kev for trying to accomadate the nonpeds in the event ,i bet you thought long and hard how to include all of them,shame 1 person had to try and cheat after all that effort and cannot understand the...

yes it was an amazing setting, a fantastic day, good to meet up with everyone again, shame about the stroppy mare that tried to get her own way!!! cant wait till next year!!! WELL DONE to all the organisers :thumbsup:

in england and scotland lurchers have allways been a pastorial x sight ,but on the country fair circuit in england ,grews are being run as lurchers most people know what their running ,they could doublie up on their attendances if they run a long dog class <sight x sighthound,> ,also do what...
