if you want to do the country fair circuit a good cross <and this is my opinion >if i was starting from scratch i would go for a whippet staff cross to whipet ,why you may ask ,well you get good speed and stamina and if your lucky just under 23 inches ,they are very loyal and robust ,try and get...
i have 2 staffs and a lurcher and every time we go down the beach i say to paul..."i wonder how many rows we r gonna have today?"
i know and am fully aware of what people think of staffs so if anyone is around then they go on leads, but what really annoys me and this happens every time, another...
you havent got lurchers you have long dogs. lurchers have some pastorial breed crossed with a sight hound, you should be able to run with nonpeds their all whippet greys ,and ive seen plenty of nonpeds running lurcher races so it should work the other way too good luck too ya :luck:
the kennel club has done more harm to dog breeds than any other organisation in britain self apointed fools. and the dog that won was the best on the day ,mind you the amount of byes that happened it could have been run better i wont be wasting diesal going to sandringham again
