Thanks to the Northern folkies for putting on a yet another very enjoyable days racing. Loving the new track and the smell of clean air. Wish that we lived closer so we could visit more often.
Congratulations to all the new North West Champions. Alan and I are both chuffed to bits...
Yes thanks to everyone who worked so hard to put on this open. It was a very enjoyable days racing.
Congrats to all the winners and finalists and especially to those dogs who won out of maiden today. Kisses to Cully in particular.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of trapping a littlely...
Many thanks to the Andover club for a well run open.
Sorry, I don't have the full results, but here's some pictures:
Maiden 14-19lb: winner - red: Maid at Mill
Maiden 20-23lb: winner - blue: Lilo Lil
What a great days racing.
I am going to be a tad biased and say well done to Lilo Lil you go girl I always thought that Sam's choice was a better bet than your pick Andrew. ;) :sweating: She won her semi and then proved that it wasn't a fluke by only being beaten by Grease...
Well done to the Andover folks for stepping in and helping out by loaning the NPWRA their track. Thanks from all the racers who are entered on Sunday. We have somewhere to run.
Don't we have some amazing weather in this country, one min the ground is rock...
Ah bless he is tired. :sweating: At Alan's age a few hours of relaxed whippet racing on a lovely spring day is just too much for him. Still better to have a choice of downloads than none at all.
Hi Gill. I've only just 'surfaced' and read this.
I'm sure that you know what I'd do and we have discussed it several times.
I'd not put a dog through such an op. Woody has a permanently dislocated shoulder and he copes with living with 8 other dogs, when he runs you can't tell that he is...
RCh Bring It On had a white bit on his nose like that pup when he was a baby pup. Bring It On is their uncle in case anyone is wondering why I've pointed it out. They are smashing looking pups.
I thought that you'd forsaken us all!
Surely you aren't enjoying yourselves over there!!!!!!!!!!!! (w00t) (w00t)
Have a good first Portuguese Christmas both of you. Missing you all.
That looks so nasty. It's a problem when our dogs are seen by different vets as the second lot don't know what's been done during the op. I've had similar problems with my dogs. We pay enough for emergency care that you'd think that it would be straight forward. I got informed by a...
Trish or Graham can you update us on how poor Oliver is? I read on facebook that he'd been badly injured in a dog attack but haven't spotted any updates. (I'm not facebook savvie at all and only play games on it)
Well deserved wins for 2 fantastic bitches. Topaz (I think) has only lost once this year and Summa Breeze finished her first year as a veteran with a 100% record of wins, whatever her age she just keeps on winning.
They are awesome and are owned by the people who bred them which is even more...
Oh what a horrible shock for Chris and Ernie but Beau loved to race.
Alchemist (Jest), Big Ron and Diamond Geezer had some great races with him. In particular for me I will remember Jest and Beau's vets races at this years Oxford Open.
RIP Beau and hugs to Chris and Ernie.
Lovin the outline of the dog in post 4. They look so happy Dawn and lucky you and them to have a beach to for them to run on. Thanks for sharing the photos of your happy whippies
