That would be a fantastic name for a pet shop Janis, you must give it a go it would do really well :D
My user name was one of my nick names at school as it's related to my surname. This was the first forum I joined so was bit paranoid about using my real name :))
Hi, have been to all Canary islands over the years including Tenerife in March many years ago when the weather was fab - like a warm english summer :)) . However at that time of year I agree that you can get anything so go prepared with hot and cool clothes.
I've always fancied Eygpt but a...
I live about half an hour from Andover and already lure course regularly with the BSFA who meet monthly near Newbury but only March to October so would definitely be interested in coming along :)) . I just have the one whippet to run for now and one puppy who will be ready next year but may...
Beds have been a headache to me too and I've made some buying mistakes  .
First mistake was to think Skye would be only a little bigger than Phoebs but she grew out of her puppy bed almost immediately whereas Phoeb can still curl up in it now (w00t) .
Second mistake was to...
Great pics, enjoyed those  :D
They both look fab, Ruby especially looks really leggy now, bet she's fast :))
I must take some more of Skye too but I have the same cold hand problem as you
You may not be a whippet owner for now but I think you'll always be a whippet lover :D . Bet you'll find being on here a comfort but it is fab news that Dudley has settled so well and must help you from missing him so much.
Wishing you a better 2009  :luck: :luck:
Your boys look gorgeous  .
Just to add that I feed James Wellbeloved dry for breakfast and with a pouch topper for dinner and can really recommend it, both mine enjoy it and are healthy on it. :luck: with whatever you switch to as I think you are doing the right thing and ditching...
Oh my, what a choice you have - they are all scrummy   and I agree with Judy I don't think you go wrong with any of them :D .
Have fun choosing :teehee:
I must own the one and only anti social whippet :( . Phoebe was 3 when we got Skye and she spent the first few weeks with a look of amazement and disgust on her face :b . Now that Skye is 9 months old and has quiet times they do get on better and will share a bed if I make sure one or...
What a rubbish time for you :( :( . Hope that your whippies stay safe and well so you start to get over the break up, such a horrible time of year to have all that to deal with :( .
:luck: :luck: for next year :huggles: :huggles:
So sorry for your news :( :( . Go easy on yourself, a break up is so tough at the best of times but I can't imagine how awful it must be to have to rehome Dudley as well.
:luck: :luck: with finding him a great home, like you say if it's someone on here it will be a lovely home and you...
This also happened to my 4 year old Phoebe last winter and I did a lot of searches on here and in Google. I tried Liverine Unction cream but apart from making my fingers really soft :D it didn't do any good. Then I tried Wheatgerm oil from Dorwest Herbs and that has helped a lot for her...
Awww, gorgeous Christmassy girls   .
Our tree is still standing too after putting it up at the weekend despite Skye coming over to see me with a strand of lights wrapped round her leg (w00t) :- "
