He may have a certain insecurity to pee/poo in places where he normally doesn't go. Inside and the garden obviously are the right places.
How often does he go out? How much does he drink per day? How often does he eat?
He's allowed to wee in the back but only poo in the front?

I'm quite new on this forum .. and did indeed notice it being very quiet here.
Did this forum focus on racing only in the past? ..
Who owns this forum now and are they able to share what the future plan is of this forum?
Hi Laray... it's good to read that you train your dog and that it is going well.
How did you come to the conclusion that your dog doesn't have separation anxiety?
In addition to chelynnah's post. Puppies can't hold up for a long time, like kids can't. Take your puppy out regularly for a toilet break, like hourly and slowly build that up. Eventually, your puppy will learn to hold it when older and to even notify you when she needs to.
I think it's a great idea that other people can play with a dog from a distance as long as the owner doesn't use it as a tool to justify leaving their dog home alone longer than usual or not having to deal with the anxiety of dogs being along. It is still important that a dog learns to be alone.

What about letting your dog work for part of his food. This way he gets good mental stimulation, it's a good bonding exercise and it doesn't make him gulp food :) 15 min per day is plenty.
It's very important that you train your dog to be comfortable alone for more than "essential time". The sooner your dog understands it, the more comfortable you can be when leaving the dog home.
There are some amazing videos on youtube on how to train a dog to be alone without crying or...

My dog would not be allowed off lead if her recall isn't 100%. It then is my job to train her.
If your dog goes mad for a ball then that is the perfect training tool, not as a distractor.
Take a step back and start with the basics...
Until she reaches maturity, it's best not to overdo it even when the puppy is still bursting with energy. Taking it slow is for her health and to minimise your future vet bills.
Instead of going for long walks.. do more and shorter walks. Add some training to it to mentally stimulate her...
