Take the **** all you want! The poppy seeds off bread show up as opiates.. And caffine from tea would show up. Test done by the gbgb are very sensitive and trainers get fined a nice few quid if they get a positive! I work with greyhounds and know first hand what I'm taking about. You come on...

Three different trainers, all attached to tracks. All dogs tested a fair bit after races, and never a positive from the rubs mentioned. Every dog that goes out the kennel has been rubbed in before it leaves for the track. The testing is sensitive, even poppy seeds on bread is a no no.. But...
