When a Staffy is playing it can appear to be aggressive as they can be quite boisterous and vocal. She could just be toy possessive which you will need to keep in check.
How much exercise does she get on each walk, how long are you out with her ? It could be that you need to increase her walks...
This really depends on the amount you are willing to pay, the size of the dogs and the runnings costs of the car.
Would you consider an estate car, Volvo do some good ones.
I have a Staffy cross who really knows how to pull on the lead. I use the EzyDog harness and EzyDog Neo collar for him and would recommend them both.
The EzyDog collars also come in extra wide fittings too as this spreads the strain of the lead and doesn't damage the dogs neck.
