That sounds about right, my dehydrator runs at 75C, low and slow does the trick!

If I'm doing chicken, rabbit or turkey strips I usually keep them in the dehydrator for probably 6-8 hours @ 75C, depending on how thin I cut...
I was a bit confused for a second then...o_O But now I get it!! I do get some really slow days sometimes:rolleyes::D:D
