Well done for taking her in. Bless her im sure she'll come round with some well deserved tlc. I don't think shes a pure whippet. Shes a lurcher. She is like my dogs twin, he is just like her. He is 1/2 whippet 1/4 greyhound 1/4 collie, so maybe she has a similar makeup. :D

Hi Lorraine. Hugo and lioyd are still my favourates, but they are all gorgeous. :wub: I have decided that susie will be spayed when she has had 3 months recovery, as 3 months in between seasons and things are just right for spaying. So she will be going down when the pups are about 12 weeks...

My lurcher pups are now a week old and are twice the size they were when born. They are very lively and noisy. You wouldn't believe that they had fit in my bitches belly!

Yes i quite like hugo aswell and lioyd he is the only one with white on every foot, tip to his tail and a big white stripe on his chest. :wub: :wub:

Well as you no my bitch had her pups last sunday by c- section, so here they are, pics taken today as i borrowed my sisters digi cam. This is mum with whole litter. This is their foster mum who looked after them when they were only a few hours old, while their mum was still at vets being...

Had vet out today to check on all and everything is well. Susie is going to be spayed next week. This is her second and last litter. :))

Well today has been a bit of a nightmare. My greyhound was due to give birth last sunday, today i was getting woried as her legs were starting to get swollen and still no sign of pups, so i phoned my vet and he came out. First off scanned her to see if the pups were in distress, yes they were...

Took a few pics of my dogs the other day. Just out on their daily walk and run. Not very good ones though. Bit disappointed! Just thought i'd share them. :))

Also july is a peak period where even bad kennels get filled so you may get charged more for this reason. The kennel my daughter works at is fully booked during july-august and they must turn away hundreds. :))
