Dogs that come out of puppy farms generally have been experiencing long term stress/anxiety, as well as never having been socialised, walked on a lead, lived in a house, had decent nutrition etc etc... so all respect to you firstly for giving him a loving home.

All my lot were rescues, ferrets are rather wonderful! We've had 6 over the last 14 years(not all at the same time!). All indoors and all thoroughly spoilt❤️. I've just decided to have a break from adopting after losing my last boy Goose...Maybe next year I'll think again.
