Hear hear TTT! Given that the people it penalises are prof. dog walkers -( me being a multiple dog family being in the minority but falling into the restriction), I wonder if it is just an insidious way of getting professional dog walkers to need to become 'accredited' via the council and thus...
Hi Sherry, I wonder about this too. To add insult to injury the Leeds Council board is not very explanatory and the downloads don't work - for instance, if you read this from the website:
The Dogs Specified Maximum (Leeds) Order 2011
Maximum number of dogs to be walked at a given time...
I'm fuming! Leeds has imposed various dog restrictions as from today. They include various reasonable restrictions - ie. no dogs in playgrounds, more dubious ones - dogs to be put on leads when requested by council official - possibly good in that it will stop dogs being walked without a lead...
Ha ha ha! that's my kind of sofa!
Beautifully kept whippies - a really lovely bunch, and the 'interlopers' are lovely too - is Lola doing a raspberry to Ozzie?
Lovely pics! thank u for posting them!
!
This post and its terrible images have stayed with me all day.
I have just looked on the Whitehall Rescue Centre's website www.whitehalldogrescue.co.uk and am both dismayed at seeing that the West Yorkshire Police have 'drawn a blank' as regards finding the people responsible, but chuffed to...
oooops, I've posted 3 times in my excitement! Can anyone delete the rogue ones?
The lovely thing about taking down the posters was the interest it got from passers by who were genuinely delighted to hear that Roly had been found. Notably two different sets of teenagers who went out of their...
Hi Barbara,
I'm delighted to hear this news! Out of curiosity had Roly travelled far from where he was lost?
Off to do a de-poster blitz now - fabulous news! - the stories he could tell!

Hi Haylsey,
I don't think he's been found yet. Reading his Doglost poster, it seems that he escaped from his holiday home in Borrough View which is just off Lidgett Lane on the Brackenwood estate Leeds 8. There are tons of foxes around there and I suspect he's got 'sidetracked' and taken off...
Just to say - 20 posters posted yesterday. 2 already found posted. 40 to post today - we'll go a bit further afield. All will be in place for the Bank hols. Hope this is some comfort to Molly.

ahh haa!
I think I've cracked it! Have a look at where they come from on their profiley thing on the left!! Outer Space judges :alien: - tsk they're sooo out of touch!
Hi Barbara,
the tatooed dog was definitely a greyhound - checked at vets. The poster is now downloadable on Doglost - I'm armed with some downloads and off to post some up.
Strangely, the address that Roly has escaped from is literally round the corner from me! The area is quite 'foxy' and...
Hi all, slightly off at a tangent, but Tracey, you mentioned the Breed Record Supplement - can anyone view this? is it just litter registrations and can you view the pups names?
TIA
Agree with 2yrs as the youngest, but accidents do happen...

Ha ha ha ha! this makes me laugh so much! Your description is magic - I can just picture it!
Poor old Tag must have thought he was being extraordinarily kind in saving you his prezzie and not eating it himself. A lovely example of a dog/human misunderstanding!
I'm still chuckling! Thank you...
Hi Katana,
I'm intrigued! can you give us any other info. ???
From a curious novice viewpoint, what does happen when a judge disqualifies a dog? do they have to explain there and then why they are doing so or is it left to the steward? Can you dispute the decision and possibly get your money...
I hope your day went well! were there any K9ers?
It was touch and go as to me bringing my big fattie, although you didn't have a fattie class I notice! :) but our weather forecast said rain and husband said 'how far?'
I thought of you when the hottest sunshine came out over Yorkshire and...
