Hi Chris --
I may be wrong but i rekon Yard per lb is part of the problem along with the distance we run/it even affects how you breed./
How often do you get a 28lb open winner ?they just cant win at yard per lb--thats why they pull out is that them getting a fair deal ???
so if all those...
I think if there were at least four dogs in each heat rather than loads of solo.s --
who wants to travel for 2hours plus for a solo run???
it would make racing much more interesting --plus it would make time for two runs possible ---if required
try going back to half yard per lb --in two...
How wonderful to see the old winter game back on here "WIND UP " not one Waddingtons have adopted as yet thank goodness ---it might be soon---
aimed mainly for those with learning problems --plus those who never learn
I think ---"WIND UP" should be a new competition with points like Top Ten...
Oh Dear !!!!!!!!! The Years Have Not Been Kind --Have They --???????
No wonder no age has been put on --
Think its time you stopped having birthdays --
Glad my dogs dont age as quick!!!!!!!!
Have a good un ---------will not be getting state pension thats for sure ----even though he looks old...
I would think if any one wanted to race with another particular dog /dogs to make a race up ---
the club would be more than happy with that-----
but best ask Jacs on here first she might like pre entry for that --
or even yrd and half per lb just for a little different format/
Scratch...

bit of shopping at M&S /ASDA or even TESCO...

Who else will be going to Wessy on Saturday i was thinking it might be a good time to start having a raffle again -
I dont mind selling tickets I was trained to a very high standard by Muriel Musset --her best protege by far
steve
I have often wondered how an extreme lefthand runner on the straights ---runs on the bends with outside hare ?
Has any owner of such a dog noticed or even thought about it --
having never had one
I would like to hear what those who have------ comments are on subject-
also do the national...
The lady i got the Whippet for is over the moon with her--- both her and hubby are walking miles with her ----
she absolutely loves it thanks again to all who offered to help me out no doubt i will be asked again --
yours Steve
Really pleased we are on for Saturday hope we get a cracking turn out --
I love the bend racing you see so much more from one position you can see start finish and most of the track
:luck: go luck to all racing elsewhere -- :luck:
