We've not done a great deal over the summer - mainly working, doggy walking & a few weekends away. Ten had an unfortunate accident - he cut his side open on a branch, which needed quite a few stitches - so there was no running for quite a few weeks. Poor little fella, he needed lots of cuddles...

I went for the soltan 30+ green apple stick :thumbsup: as its for babies and children it should be fine & tested - the lady in boots spent ages trying to find the best thing for us :cheers: Blues snout is even better today - lots of aloe vera seems to have soothed any itching :)

Thanks, The cream that Blue is allergic to is NoAd childrens factor 30 for sensitive skin, i'll try find some zinc cream today - i'm sure ski shops will sell it. Blues nose is looking far less red today :thumbsup: Emma :)

The vet has confirmed that it is an allergy to the sunblock - until the redness clears Blue has to keep well out of the sun. once cleared i'll have to try another brand of cream - the vet couldn't advise any particular brand though...Guess i'll have to go down to boots and look for something...

Took the boys to the beach last night. Blue seems to recovered well from a spot of mystery lameness - but took it easy anyway (we're working upto some hardcore ball chasing fun next week! :thumbsup: ). Ten as always was extatic to be at the beach (even though he goes there most days :wacko...
