I got the dogs a toy a while ago, they love it, it's made of a sort of towelling stuff & it's been chucked around & generally roughed up for over a year. It's been washed loads too.
It had a tiny little hole in it which Hebe nibbled at and started to pull the stuffing out so I decided to be all...
I know it's nearly over now but i hope your day was a great one. :D :D
I bet it was lovely on the beach today, the dogs will have loved it and hopefully will all be -_- while you enjoyed your curry.
Happy Birthday from Julie.
My 2 lurchers (both whippet crosses, we think) do this.
Don't want to upset you but Hebe is over 9 & Scrumpy is almost 4 and they still do it.
They grab one another on the neck & also do the hare boxing thing. Scrumpy is actually the worst as she will grab Hebe & push all her weight (13kg :b...
Hi,
I've not had any response from the council yet but it is weekend :- so not really expecting one.
TBH the dog wasn't recalled at all, the owner was such a prat that he hadn't even realised his dog was in any danger at all
When he finally got hold of his dog I did say to him, you...
This morning I met my friend in the park as usual to walk our dogs. We were just talking to another dogwalker when a car came along behind us. Now our local park is the HQ for the council so there is a fair amount of traffic but they always have hazards on & go really really slowly. But this guy...
:o :o yep :) :) and this old saddo has been sitting here since 8.30 this morning watching it all. So much better than the 5mins if you're lucky that the BBC offered every other year.
We went yesterday and saw it for real but this great coverage is just as good.
The ballet routine in HTM...
Our ferrets come out to play every day, they have the run of the patio & can climb & run around as much as they want to. Bungee, the big hob is mad on squeaky toys & has hijacked a few of the dogs toys. He hides them all in "his" corner & gets really cross if we move them. He has to go round &...
Oh why do people "rescue" kittens off the street & then run the risk of more kittens, and interbred ones at that (assuming they are brother & sister)
At a push, if they were def going to be indoor cats, I'd say don't bother vaccinating, but as they are obviously not indoor cos they can get...
Scrumpy had the 12 staples taken out of her leg yesterday :D She was very brave & didn't make a fuss at all.
The vet said it's ok to let her off the lead for a run so this morning I risked it
I put Hebe back on her lead so they wouldn't go completely mad together & Scrumpy had...
I forgot too :o but luckily had some ready made strawberry filled ones in the fridge, home made in Lidl
Just had them now with healthy yoghurt. And not so healthy glass of wine.
One week on and apart from being a bit stir crazy Scrumpy is fine, thanks Sue :)
She isn't liking not being able to go off lead especially when the others are all running around.
She is due at the vets on Tuesday to hopefully have the staples taken out. I just know she is going to create...
OK, showing my ignorance here now but what is a "strong dog" please? Is it as obvious as it seems, how do they compete?
Is it a doggy tug of war or something
