I would think a 1 day stake is best. If it was "Live" coursing you could not control the lengths of the runs and I would expect they would be longer than 600 yards per slip.

An intresting topic. I do not agree with endorsing pups. If you don't feel sure about who you are selling a pup to then dont sell it - trust your instincts. However, if you feel the person is suitable to buy a pup from you then I think you have no right to stop them from breeding from the pup...
