Last Saturday 07/03/09 we had to put our very Courageous hound to sleep we nicked named her the Battle Axethis was due to over coming Bone Cancer (Dec07) we got the lump before it attached it self to the bone,
June 08 she got Pnemonia this is where we learn`t that wolfhounds can get this for...
The BSFA have there 1st meet of the yr on the 15th March check out the web site at lurecoursing.org.uk its a fun day for KC reg hounds who love running
Both mine are born and bred North Wales ( Caernarfon ) would`nt be with out them :) oh we do also have a desert bred Saluki, just wish i could post some pics
Thanks that would be great, Malachi is also only a pet but loves to run hence why we were pleased to be able to run with lurchers down here but being 80kgs he gets left behind ( not buy far 2/3 seconds)
The wolfie pictured ( Malachi)has been on the backs of a couple of deer just hasn`t worked out how to bring down, which in hind site is a good thing, we have joined the BSFA and are looking for another Wolfhound who loves coursing so we can have something to race againist? the meets are not far...
