I have recieved the proposed lease 'contract' from the council today.......................from asset and valuation dept. The gist of it is that they want us to pay the following £ 500 rent per year, payable monthly I think( works out £10/ week) £ 350 to have the council draw up the contract...

Does anybody have any evidence or thoughts or websites, on whether you should change feeding times, and how much you feed them, of dogs in the winter to accomodate the fact (or at least I think it is) that they use up their food stores quicker cos it's colder. Ours are kenneled outside at night...
